Twice in the
year, teachers meet with parents in a conference
format without children to show them the work their children are enjoying
and share observations about them.
COMMUNICATION
Each day, children
in the Infant/Cruiser/Toddler program receive a daily report from the
teacher, detailing their day. Every month, the school sends home
a newsletter containing informative and educational articles written by the
Director and Teachers. Current parents are encouraged to email
questions to the Director and use
the Director’s cell phone for any urgent issues.
COMMUNITY
In the fall and spring, Children First families come together for a
Family Picnic, providing a relaxing opportunity to get to know your
child’s teachers
and friends. For specific dates on the events described below, please see the
current school calendar.
Parents are very involved with teacher appreciation activities and coordinating
events, some of which will raise funds to enhance the school’s programs,
teacher benefits and facilities. Please email
